After closing a deal:
- Immediately convert your deal to a won deal in your CRM account
- Immediately email our billing department at payments@mokhtargroup.com, and include the new account information:
- Company name
- Company mailing address
- Lead full name
- A copy of the signed agreement
- The payment method the client wants to use
- The monthly amount the client is paying
- Expect anywhere from 30 to 40 days to receive your payment(s)
- If you are a US resident, you will be invited to our payroll system, Gusto.com, and you will be required to fill out a 1099.
- If you are a US resident, you will receive your payments via bank wires, checks, or online via PayPal.
- If you are a non-US resident, you will receive your payments via PayPal. We will be adding new payment methods for non-US residents in the future but as of now, PayPal is our only one.
- Mokhtar Group, Inc. is NOT responsible for any banking or payment processing fees.
- Mokhtar Group, Inc is NOT responsible for any delays caused by financial institutions, unverified PayPal accounts, etc…
